Refund & Cancellation Policy

Greenprint is a subscription-based digital service. This policy explains cancellations and refunds. All amounts are in USD.

Scope: this policy covers enklandscaping.shop and the Greenprint AI workspace — the online garden-design tool at /workspace, where you describe a space and generate design plans, renders and walkthrough reels. Greenprint is an online-only digital subscription; it is not a landscaping, construction or on-site service.

1. Cancelling

You can cancel your subscription at any time in the Stripe customer portal, which you can open with the Manage subscription button on your subscription confirmation page, or by emailing support@enklandscaping.shop and we will cancel it for you. When you cancel, your plan stops renewing and you keep access until the end of the current billing period. Design credits are not carried over after the period ends.

2. Refunds

Because Greenprint delivers digital design outputs immediately, subscription fees for a period already started are generally non-refundable once designs have been generated in that period.

If renders or plans do not meet your expectations, please regenerate first — you can adjust the style, budget, planting and layout and generate again within your plan.

3. When we do refund

  • Duplicate or accidental charges.
  • A confirmed technical fault that prevented you from using the tool for a period, where we could not resolve it.
  • Where a refund is required by applicable consumer law.

4. Statutory rights

This policy does not affect any non-waivable statutory rights you have under applicable consumer law. By starting to use the design tool within a billing period you acknowledge that digital content is supplied immediately.

5. Failed payments

If a renewal payment fails, we may retry and may pause access until payment succeeds. You can update payment details or cancel at any time.

6. How to request

Email support@enklandscaping.shop with your account email and the charge in question. We respond within one business day and process approved refunds to the original payment method via Stripe.
