Pricing questions
How does billing work?
Plans are subscriptions billed in USD, monthly or yearly, through Stripe. Yearly saves 20%. You can cancel anytime and keep access until the end of the current period.
What is a design credit?
One design credit covers one space you design in the workspace — the brief, its plan, renders, plant palette, walkthrough reel and Garden Pack export. Your subscription includes a set number of design credits each month.
Do design credits carry over?
No. Monthly design credits reset each period and do not roll over. The Landscaper plan includes unlimited design credits.
Can I buy extra credits or top-ups?
No. Greenprint is subscription-only: design credits come with your plan and cannot be bought separately. There are no credit packs, stored balances or withdrawable value — to design more spaces, move up a plan.
Can I get a refund?
See our Refund & Cancellation Policy. In short: cancel anytime to stop future renewals; the current period stays active. If renders disappoint, regenerate first.
