Cookie Policy

Cookies are small files stored on your device by a website. Similar technologies include browser storage such as local storage and session storage. This policy covers both.

• Strictly necessary: a signed administrator session cookie, set only when a site administrator signs in at the admin area. It keeps that session secure and cannot be switched off while signed in.
• Payments: Stripe sets its own cookies on its hosted checkout to process payments securely and prevent fraud. These are set by Stripe, not by us, and only when you start a checkout.

We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies, and we do not currently run analytics cookies. If we introduce optional analytics in future, we will ask for your consent first and update this policy.

The AI workspace does not use cookies or browser storage to run. Your brief, generated design plan and renders are held in the page's memory for the current session only, and are cleared when you refresh or close the tab.

The monthly design credit meter shown in the AI workspace is a counter for your current browsing session. It is not a cookie and is not stored on your device.

• Photos you attach for a before/after comparison are read directly in your browser to render the comparison. The AI workspace does not upload them to our servers.
• Walkthrough reels are rendered in your browser from the design frames and download straight to your device.
• Design briefs you submit are sent to our server to generate your plan, and are handled as described in our Privacy Policy — not through cookies.

You can control or delete cookies through your browser settings. Because the public AI workspace does not rely on cookies, blocking them will not stop you designing a space; blocking the administrator session cookie will prevent signing in to the admin area, and blocking Stripe's cookies may prevent checkout from completing.

Essential third parties are our payment processor (Stripe) and our hosting provider (Vercel). Their use of cookies is governed by their own policies.
