Privacy Policy

Last updated: 2026-07-15

This Privacy Policy explains how ENK LANDSCAPING LTD (trading as Greenprint) ("Greenprint", "we", "us") collects, uses, shares and protects personal data when you use enklandscaping.shop and the Greenprint garden-design tool. Greenprint is an online-only digital design service; we do not sell physical goods, carry out on-site work, or provide professional landscaping, engineering, legal, medical or financial advice.

Scope: this policy covers enklandscaping.shop and the Greenprint AI workspace — the online garden-design tool at /workspace, where you describe a space and generate design plans, renders and walkthrough reels. Greenprint is an online-only digital subscription; it is not a landscaping, construction or on-site service.

1. Who is responsible for your data

The data controller is ENK LANDSCAPING LTD (trading as Greenprint), 83 Garrowhill Drive Baillieston, G69 6NL, United Kingdom.

For any privacy question or request, contact support@enklandscaping.shop.

2. What we collect

We collect only what we need to run the service:

  • Account and contact data: name and email address when you subscribe or contact us.
  • Design inputs: the briefs you enter (space type, size, sun, style, budget, must-haves, notes) are sent to our server to generate your design plan, and are not stored afterwards.
  • Uploaded images: optional photos of your own space are read only in your browser to produce the before/after visualisation. The AI workspace does not upload them to our servers, so we never receive or store them.
  • Generated outputs: the plans, renders and reels are produced for your current session and shown in your browser. We do not keep a copy — you export what you want to keep.
  • Transaction data: subscription plan, billing status and receipts (payment card details are handled by Stripe, not by us).
  • Support data: the content of messages you send us.
  • Technical data: IP address, device/browser type and basic usage/log data for security and reliability.

3. Collection sources — where the data comes from

We use the following collection sources:

  • Data provided by you: the design briefs you submit from the AI workspace, and the contact details and support messages you send when you subscribe or contact us. Photos you attach for a before/after stay in your browser and are not submitted to us.
  • Data collected automatically: technical and usage data (IP address, device/browser type, log and security data) generated by your device and our hosting when you use the site.
  • Data received from third parties: billing and subscription status received from our payment processor, Stripe.

We do not buy personal data or build profiles from external data brokers.

4. Why we use it and our legal bases

Under UK GDPR and EU GDPR we rely on the following legal bases:

  • To provide the design tool and generate your outputs — performance of a contract.
  • To take payment and manage subscriptions — performance of a contract.
  • To provide support and respond to requests — legitimate interests / contract.
  • To keep the service secure and prevent abuse — legitimate interests.
  • For optional analytics and cookies — consent, where required.
  • To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations — legal obligation.

5. AI data: user input, generated output and uploaded files

User input: the design brief you submit from the AI workspace (space type, size, sun, style, budget, maintenance, must-haves, climate and notes) is sent to our server, used to generate your design plan, and returned to you. It is processed in the moment and is not written to a database or kept afterwards.

Uploaded files: photos you attach for a before/after comparison are read and rendered entirely in your browser. The AI workspace does not transmit them to our servers, so there is nothing for us to store, retain or delete.

Generated output: the plans, renders and walkthrough reels are produced for your current session and displayed in your browser. Reels are rendered on your device and download directly to it. We do not keep a copy of your output — export the Garden Pack PDF or the reel to keep it.

Training: we do not use your user input, uploaded files or generated output to train, fine-tune or improve AI models — our own or any provider's.

External AI providers: an optional AI provider may be configured to write the short designer's note that accompanies your plan. Where that applies, only the brief details needed for that note are sent, under a data-processing arrangement, and are not used by that provider to train its models. The rest of the plan is generated by our own engine.

Retention and deletion: because briefs are not stored and photos never reach us, there is no saved design history to delete. For contact and subscription data, see sections 9 and 10, or email support@enklandscaping.shop.

6. Payment provider boundary

Payments are processed by Stripe. When you subscribe, your card details are entered on Stripe's secure checkout and are handled by Stripe as a separate controller/processor under its own terms and privacy policy. Greenprint never receives or stores your full card number, CVC or full card details. We receive only limited transaction metadata (such as plan, status, last four digits and receipts) needed to manage your subscription.

7. Who we share it with

We share personal data only with service providers that help us run Greenprint, under contract and only as needed:

  • Hosting and delivery: our cloud hosting provider (Vercel).
  • Payments: Stripe, for checkout, subscriptions and receipts.
  • Database, authentication and storage: Supabase, where enabled, for account and lead records.
  • Email: our email provider, to reply to you.
  • AI processing: an AI provider, where enabled, to generate design content from your brief.

We do not sell your personal data. We may disclose data where required by law or to protect our rights.

8. International transfers

We are based in the United Kingdom. Some providers may process data outside the UK/EEA. Where they do, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as UK/EU adequacy decisions or Standard Contractual Clauses (with the UK Addendum where relevant).

9. How long we keep it

  • Uploaded photos: never received by us — they are processed only in your browser, so we hold none.
  • Design briefs and generated outputs: not retained. Briefs are used to generate your plan and discarded; outputs live in your browser session only.
  • Account and billing records: kept for the duration of the subscription and as required for tax and accounting (typically up to 6 years).
  • Support messages: kept up to 24 months.
  • Technical/security logs: kept for a short period for security and troubleshooting.

10. Security

We use encryption in transit, access controls, and reputable processors. Secret credentials are stored server-side and never exposed to the browser. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your data and to notify you and regulators of any breach where required.

11. Your rights (UK GDPR / EU GDPR)

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict or object to processing, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any right, email support@enklandscaping.shop. We respond within one month.

12. Your rights (CCPA — California residents)

If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information we collect, to request deletion, to correct it, and to non-discrimination for exercising your rights.

We do not sell or share your personal information as those terms are defined under the CCPA/CPRA. To make a request, email support@enklandscaping.shop.

13. Cookies and analytics

We use strictly necessary cookies to run the site and, where enabled, optional analytics cookies with your consent. See our Cookie Policy for detail and how to change your choices.

14. Children and minors

Greenprint is not for children under 13. Users aged 13–17 may use it only with the consent and supervision of a parent or guardian. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13; if you believe we have, contact us and we will delete it.

15. Automated decisions

Greenprint generates design suggestions automatically, but these do not produce legal or similarly significant effects about you; they are creative suggestions you choose whether to act on.

16. Complaints and changes

You can raise a concern with us at support@enklandscaping.shop at any time. If you are in the UK you may also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO); EU residents may complain to their local supervisory authority; California residents may contact the California Privacy Protection Agency.

We may update this policy and will change the date above when we do.
