This License explains who owns what between you and Greenprint, covering the photos you upload and the designs we generate.
Scope: this policy covers enklandscaping.shop and the Greenprint AI workspace — the online garden-design tool at /workspace, where you describe a space and generate design plans, renders and walkthrough reels. Greenprint is an online-only digital subscription; it is not a landscaping, construction or on-site service.
1. Your photos
You keep full ownership of any photos of your space that you attach in the AI workspace. Those photos are read and rendered entirely in your browser to produce your before/after comparison — the workspace does not upload them to us, so we do not receive, store or license them, and we cannot and do not use them to train AI models.
2. Your design outputs
Subject to your plan being in good standing, you may use the design plans, renders, palettes, materials boards and walkthrough reels generated for you for your own personal or business garden-design purposes, including sharing them privately and using them to plan work.
3. What you must not do with outputs
- Present outputs as certified professional, engineering or landscape-architecture documents.
- Resell outputs as a standalone stock library or template product.
- Use outputs in a way that breaches our Acceptable Use Policy or the rights of others.
4. Greenprint brand and software
The Greenprint name, brand, interface, showcase imagery and software remain owned by us and our licensors. No rights are granted except as stated here.
5. Feedback
If you send suggestions, we may use them to improve the service without obligation to you.
